"Kendrick and his team which included Olga are amazing. I’d worked with him for the purchase of the house he helped me sell. I’d do it again if I weren’t relocating to Boston. Kendrick is friendly, knowledgeable, and funny. He helped me find the best property to purchase for my budget in 2023. Then we manifested the best buyer for it by working together to set a competitive listing price. Both Kendrick and Olga worked tirelessly to ensure this deal happened smoothly and fast. Listed it on May 14, 2024 and Closed on July 3, 2024. There was only a slight delay in Closing which had nothing to do with the property. But it worked out well because it allowed me more time to continue packing and prepping for my life-changing move to Massachusetts. Kendrick is planning to check in on me during my transition which shows he does care about his clients. If you’re buying or selling definitely work with Kendrick and his team.
